Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Each item is crafted specifically to your provided specifications, and as such, all sales are final.

We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before submitting your purchase, including all personalization information such as names, dates, and design selections.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or there is an error in customization caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
