Shipping policy

Production Time
All MRJN products are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a notification when your order has been completed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship within Canada only. Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are determined by the selected carrier and service.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that MRJN is not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MRJN is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or estimated arrival. Be sure to include your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
